Qualifications: Open to professional travel writers who have published a minimum of two major magazine articles within the last 18 months. A list of publication credits must accompany the application, along with two qualifying clips (winners of the Travel Classics Writers Contest need not submit clips) .

Note: We can take up to 12 returning Arizona attendees for early registration. If more that 12 former Arizona attendees apply, then selection will be made by lottery. You will be notified by June 1, if there is to be a lottery. After June 15, when the early registration is no longer in effect, the 12-person limit on returning Arizona attendees no longer applies and applications will be approved in the order in which they are received.

Qualified wait-listed attendees will receive priority for the next Writers Conference.

How To Submit Your Application: STEP 1: complete the form above, then print out this page: Mail in the printed application, along with a) your check for your complete payment or deposit, b) a list of your recently published magazine articles, and c) two recent clips (winners of the Travel Classics Writers Contest need not submit clips.) Note: The conference fee for attendees who pay in full by June 15, is $550. After June 15, it is $675.
