Annual Katsina Doll Marketplace Returns to Phoenix
More than 100 Hopi katsina doll carvers will gather to show
and sell their unique creations at the Heard Museum's Seventh Annual
Katsina Doll Marketplace on April 5 in the museum's Steele Auditorium.
Made from the root of the cottonwood tree, katsina dolls vary from Hopi
village to village. The marketplace presents a great opportunity for
collectors to purchase new carvings from their favorite artists or for
